The site is placed in such a calm, scenic backdrop, it's a quietly magical landscape ideal for wild swimming, hiking, canoeing and cycling or just the silent local walks straight from the site that Gary has taken the time to write up/print out. With two magical castellated towns nearby, Marvao and Castelo de Vide are a delight.

Niet zo veel te doen, maar genoeg supermarkten. Castelo de Vide daarentegen is een zeer mooi dorp met leuke restaurantjes en cafeetjes.
